RecycleNXT was founded in Chennai in 2022 with a single conviction: waste is not a problem to be managed, it is value in the wrong place.
We are a circular economy infrastructure company. Not an NGO. Not a recycling vendor. A complete closed-loop system that makes waste valuable at every point it touches — from collection to manufacturing to marketplace to reward.
The founders of RecycleNXT didn't start with a product. They started with a question: why does waste disappear? Not physically , it never disappears , but economically. It leaves a company's hands and the value chain ends.
They saw that the problem wasn't a lack of recyclers. It was a lack of infrastructure connecting the people who produce waste, the systems that process it, and the people who could benefit from what it becomes.
RecycleNXT was built to be that infrastructure. A closed loop with no exits , where every piece of waste is tracked, processed, and returned as something of value.
"Waste is not waste. It is raw material in the wrong place."
, RecycleNXT founding principle
Engineer. Entrepreneur. Builder. Ten years across aerospace, product development, and industrial design. Safar turned a conviction — that waste is just value in the wrong place — into a company. He leads product, technology, and the vision of what RecycleNXT becomes next.
Architect. Circular Economy Expert. Safia brings the discipline of architecture to sustainability — human-centric, systems-led, purpose-driven. She shapes how RecycleNXT engages businesses and transforms operations into closed loops that actually work.
Academician. Speaker. Mentor. Gowri has spent his career building the next generation of entrepreneurs — as a mentor, jury member, and speaker on global platforms. At RecycleNXT, he connects the company to the wider world of innovation, policy, and impact.
CircularNXT 2025 was a UNEP listed global circular economy summit organised by RecycleNXT. It brought together policymakers, founders, corporates, and circular economy practitioners from across the world , in Chennai.
Sustainability asks you to do less harm. Circularity asks you to design harm out entirely. We are not here to offset or mitigate. We are here to close the loop , so that nothing that enters the system ever leaves it as waste again.
Sustainability is the floor. Circularity is the architecture. We build systems, not gestures.
People come for the products and the tokens. The recycling happens as a side effect. That's by design.
We don't guilt people into action. We don't inflate our numbers. Every claim we make is tracked, verified, and on-chain.
